Faststream Recruitment is partnering with a leading luxury ocean cruise operator to recruit an experienced Hotel Purser. The role supports the Associate General Manager with day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the hotel department, including guest accounts, onboard financial reporting, cash management, embarkation procedures, and hotel administration. Requirements include at least 3 years' experience in an onboard financial or Purser position, strong financial administration and cash handling experience, previous cruise ship experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, experience leading multicultural teams, fluent English, and valid seagoing documentation. The position offers a 4 months on board and 2 months off rotation with a salary of $4000 per month paid for time worked onboard, plus additional benefits.
