The position involves daily operations management of assigned vessels, including time charter and voyage/spot charter work, voyage performance monitoring, compliance with charter parties, preparation of voyage instructions and stowage plans, coordination with masters and ship managers, handling claims and disputes, invoice preparation for freight, hire and demurrage, and monitoring vessel schedules. The role offers scope to progress to Operations Manager level.
