Faststream is recruiting for an exceptional Chief Housekeeper to join a world-leading ultra-luxury cruise brand. This senior housekeeping role involves leading the onboard housekeeping operation, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personalized guest service throughout the vessel. The successful candidate will manage and develop a multicultural team in a luxury environment. Requirements include proven experience in executive housekeeping or higher, a strong background in ultra-luxury hospitality, experience with Forbes standards or a Forbes-rated property, exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous cruise experience is welcomed but not essential. The position offers a starting salary of $4,700 USD per month while onboard, with a 4 months on / 2 months off rotation. Candidates must be fluent in English and at least one other European language.
