3rd Officer – Cruise. Permanent position based worldwide. Duties include standing navigational watches as Officer of the Watch, passage monitoring, position fixing, navigation, maintaining lookout, supporting lifesaving appliances and firefighting equipment, participating in drills, assisting with mooring and anchoring, maintaining deck equipment and safety systems, supervising deck ratings, keeping navigation logs and safety documentation, and supporting inspections, audits, and SMS requirements. Requirements include STCW-compliant OOW Unlimited Certificate, valid seafarer medical certificate, relevant flag-state certifications such as GMDSS, PSCRB, AFF and PFRB, and cruise or passenger vessel experience preferred.
