Contracts & Procurement Lead for a major industrial project in Jubail. Responsibilities include leading the full contracting and procurement lifecycle, developing contracting strategies, managing tendering, evaluations, negotiations, awards, contract execution and close-out, overseeing supplier and contractor performance, resolving contractual issues, advising stakeholders on procurement risk and market conditions, managing budgets and KPIs, ensuring compliance with local-content requirements, supervising the contracts and procurement team, and supporting procurement systems and process improvements. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 15+ years of contracts and procurement experience, 5+ years in the Middle East, strong contracts management experience, and professional procurement/contracts certification. Preferred experience includes EPC/EPCM or capital projects, large industrial projects, Saudi Aramco standards, FIDIC/NEC, IKTVA/LCGPA, and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or Procon.
