Faststream Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Assistant General Manager for a prestigious ultra-luxury ocean cruise operator. The role supports the Hotel General Manager in overseeing onboard hotel operations, guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and luxury hospitality standards across departments. Responsibilities include leading and developing multicultural management teams, monitoring budgets and cost control, ensuring compliance with company policies and public health and safety standards, and deputising for the Hotel General Manager when required. Candidates should have experience as an Assistant General Manager, Assistant Hotel Director, or F&B Director onboard an ultra-luxury cruise ship, with wider hotel operations exposure, strong leadership and financial skills, excellent guest service abilities, fluent English, and valid seagoing documentation or willingness to obtain. Salary is $8500 per month worked onboard with a benefits package and a 4 months on board / 2 months off rotation.
