RWE Generation UK is offering a full-time, fixed-term 13-month Control & Instrumentation Engineering placement within its Engineering and Outage group, starting on 28 June 2027. The role supports C&I work across outages and projects at CCGT power plants, providing engineering support for safe and efficient operation of power stations. Responsibilities include data analysis, supporting asset integrity processes, delivering plant improvement projects and investigations, and assisting with work packages in large station outages. The placement is based at one of the RWE Generation sites in Pembroke, Staythorpe, Didcot, or Little Barford. Applicants should be pursuing a BEng or MEng in Engineering or Science with an industrial placement year and be willing to travel around the UK and potentially Europe with overnight stays.
