About the role
First Officer Towage. The role involves navigation, watchkeeping, towing operations, ship administration, supervising deck crew, and assisting with mooring, unmooring, maneuvering, emergency response, and salvage if needed. Work areas include offshore projects such as rigmoves, anchor handling, support for offshore platforms and wind farms, as well as escorting vessels through locks and ports and moving ships within harbors. The vessel operates in Dutch and Belgian ports, on the North Sea, and on international projects. Salary is between €270 and €350 gross per day. Permanent contract may be possible based on performance. The position offers flexible work and leave arrangements, growth opportunities toward captain, and support for required courses and training.
