The position covers commercial tanker operations across owned and time-chartered vessels, with responsibility for voyage execution, cargo operations, fleet utilisation, bunker and voyage cost optimisation, post-fixture activities, claims, laytime, demurrage, marine risk management, and operational compliance. The role works closely with trading and commercial teams and involves managing relationships with charterers, oil majors, terminals, agents and maritime service providers. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Maritime, Marine Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent maritime experience; 10 years of tanker operations experience with oil products; strong knowledge of charter parties, laytime, demurrage, claims and post-fixture processes; commercial awareness; and proven leadership capability.
