Faststream is partnering with a global energy company seeking a Senior Engineer - Power Generation to provide technical expertise across the development, execution, and support of power generation assets. The role involves technical leadership across power generation projects, supporting engineering design, project execution, and operational performance. Responsibilities include support for reciprocating engine and gas turbine power plants, LNG-to-Power and conventional power generation projects, engineering calculations, equipment specifications, vendor documentation, FEED studies, detailed engineering, technical evaluations, commissioning, troubleshooting, performance optimization, technical assessments, root cause investigations, reliability improvements, equipment selection, procurement activities, contractor management, and studies covering fuel systems, combustion, emissions, efficiency, and plant performance. Travel to project sites and operating facilities is required. The employer requires US Citizenship or a US Green Card. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred, with experience in power generation engineering projects, reciprocating engines and/or gas turbine power plants, and gas-fired generation systems.
