Technical Superintendent – Bunker Vessels in Singapore. Shore-based technical role supporting an established shipping company operating a fleet of bunker tankers in the Port of Singapore. Responsibilities include ensuring assigned vessels remain operationally ready and compliant with flag state, class and terminal requirements; managing off-hire and downtime; driving performance through fuel management, budget control, and planned maintenance systems; closing audit non-conformances; planning and attending dry dockings; reviewing crew performance; supporting claims and incident investigations; and contributing to internal technical meetings. Requirements include a Diploma in Engineering or a degree in Maritime Studies or related field, at least 2 years of relevant shore-based technical experience, familiarity with Singapore port and MPA requirements, strong negotiation skills, willingness to travel, and proficiency in MS Office.
