About the role
Faststream Recruitment is seeking an Entertainment Performer Fly Assist to join the entertainment technical team of a leading international cruise operator. The role involves supporting the operation, maintenance, and inspection of performer flying and entertainment rigging systems, assisting with production shows, rehearsals, and entertainment events, and carrying out routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance. The position requires experience in theatrical, arena, live event, or entertainment rigging, knowledge of manual and automated rigging systems, comfort working at height, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and good English communication skills. The contract is 7 months on board followed by 2 months off, with a salary of over $3800 per month paid onboard and worldwide travel opportunities.
