About the role

Faststream Recruitment is working with a leading international cruise operator to recruit an experienced Suite Host for a luxury onboard hospitality team. This role suits a polished, guest-focused hospitality professional with strong luxury hotel experience and a passion for highly personalised service in an international cruise environment. As a Suite Host, you will provide attentive and personalised service to guests staying in luxury suites, anticipating their needs and ensuring a seamless onboard experience from arrival to departure. You will serve as a key point of contact, build strong guest relationships, and work closely with other onboard departments to maintain a consistently high standard of service. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with embarkation and suite orientation, coordinating special arrangements and guest preferences, handling enquiries and resolving issues professionally and discreetly, and liaising with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments. Requirements include at least 2 years of experience in a luxury 5-star hotel, resort, or similar high-end hospitality environment, strong luxury service and guest relationship skills, excellent spoken English, and a confident, polished, professional manner. An additional language is preferred. The role offers a salary of $1,500 USD per month while onboard, a 26-week onboard contract, and opportunities for career development within the cruise industry.
