The role involves partnering with executive leadership, leading financial performance reviews, owning budgeting and forecasting processes, developing financial models, enhancing management reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, strengthening governance and controls, leading the finance business partnering team, driving continuous improvement, and supporting crisis management and risk planning. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with strong FP&A expertise is required, along with the ability to work closely with executive leadership and provide financial insights for strategic business decisions. The position is open to candidates currently based in Singapore.
