About the role
Fleet Analyst in Singapore for a global ship-owning company. The role supports vessel performance, fuel consumption, emissions, ESG, technical reporting, fleet records and reporting systems. Responsibilities include monitoring performance and efficiency indicators, working with vessels and Technical Managers to investigate discrepancies and improve data quality, and supporting environmental and regulatory reporting including CII/AER, IMO DCS, EU MRV/EU ETS and FuelEU Maritime. The position also involves exposure to digital fleet platforms, AI tools and decarbonisation initiatives. Maritime experience with exposure to vessel operations, technical, performance, compliance or related fleet activities is required. Strong Excel skills are essential, and Power BI exposure is advantageous. Experience with vessel performance or reporting systems such as Wärtsilä FOS, SmartLog, DANAOS or similar platforms is preferred. Prior seagoing experience is preferred. Candidates must already be based in Singapore.
