Marine Superintendent LNG role with a long-standing client in London. The position is part of the Operations Department and focuses on fleet management, safety, security, cargo operations, and navigation. Responsibilities include guidance on cargo handling and navigation practices, ship and shore compatibility, Ship-Specific Operational Manuals, nautical systems, cargo and mooring equipment, assessments by certifying and inspection bodies, crew training and guidance, SIRE inspections, TMSA audits, security support, and internal audits and navigation evaluations for fleet vessels. Requirements include at least one year as Master Mariner on tankers with experience as Chief Officer on LNG carriers, a valid Command-level Deck Certificate, Internal Auditor certification, training in risk assessment and incident investigation/analysis, knowledge of charter party terms and performance warranty requirements, familiarity with crewing standards aligned with Oil Major criteria, expertise in LNG and cargo operations, experience with internal and external audit procedures, understanding of ship-shore compatibility processes including SIGTTO guidelines, and knowledge of global ocean passage regulations per IMO standards.
