Faststream is recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join an award-winning cruise line known for world-class dining and large-scale luxury operations. This role offers a competitive salary based on experience, a 6 months on / 2 months off rotation, excellent benefits including family travel and private medical, an international working environment, and career development with a globally recognised cruise brand. The ideal candidate will have proven Sous Chef experience in a large-scale luxury operation, experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, upscale restaurant or cruise line, international experience, strong leadership and team management skills, and shipboard experience is preferred but not essential.
