About the role
LNG Tanks Field Construction Superintendent for an onshore LNG mega-project in Afungi, Mozambique. The role involves overseeing construction of two 180,000m³ LNG tanks and two 80,000m³ condensate tanks from foundation through mechanical completion and handover to commissioning. Duration is 12 months, renewable, with a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation. Requirements include 15+ years of construction experience, at least 5 years in LNG tank construction and 5 years at Superintendent level or above, experience on large greenfield EPC projects and LSTK contracts, full containment LNG tank delivery experience, knowledge of post-tensioned outer tank works, air roof raising, hydro-testing, tank commissioning sequences, API 620, API 650, EN 14620, and strong HSE leadership with SIMOPS and Permit to Work oversight. Fluent English is required; French is a plus.
