The role involves assisting the Executive Chef in overseeing culinary operations, leading and developing a diverse team of chefs, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene compliance (USPH/HACCP), and supporting food cost management, stock control, and provisioning. Requirements include proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef within the luxury cruise sector, strong leadership and team-building abilities, expertise in fine dining and international cuisine, and valid seagoing documents. The position offers a competitive salary of $8250 per month paid onboard and a 4 months on / 2 months off rotation.
