About the role

A growing organization is seeking an allround technical teacher with a strong HWTK background and a passion for sharing technical knowledge. In this role, you will deliver both theory and practical lessons within your technical specialty, guide students in their learning process, and contribute to developing and updating teaching materials. You will assess assignments and projects and work closely with colleagues and the field to keep the education current and relevant. The position is suitable for experienced teachers as well as marine engineers or technically skilled professionals considering a transition from a sailing role to a shore-based position. The job involves practice-oriented lessons and training within the maritime and technical sector, using modern learning tools and working with a team of committed colleagues. Requirements include a solid background as HWTK, demonstrable technical work experience preferably in the maritime sector, didactic skills or willingness to develop them, a proactive attitude, good communication skills, and a collegial mindset. The role is flexible for 20 to 40 hours per week and offers a varied, socially relevant position, a professional education environment, development opportunities, and employment conditions in line with the MBO collective agreement.
