About the role
Business Quality Specialist needed for an international passenger vessel and hospitality organisation in Hamburg, Germany. The role supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality and operational management systems across shoreside and vessel operations. Responsibilities include company-wide guidelines and procedures, operational manuals and SOPs, audits of departmental and vessel compliance, documentation and quality management, coordination of quality-related IT infrastructure, support for hospitality industry standards, KPI reporting compliance, and wider business and quality-related projects. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or commercially relevant qualification, 2–3 years’ experience in hospitality, passenger vessel operations, quality assurance, or a related field, fluent professional spoken and written English and German, strong Microsoft Office and IT systems knowledge, strong organisational and documentation skills, and flexibility to travel. Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001 is advantageous.
