UTM Consultants are seeking an experienced Site HSE Advisor to support the Liverpool Bay Decommissioning and Carbon Capture Project in the United Kingdom. The role reports to the Field HSE Manager and supports engineering and development phases of EPIC projects, with responsibility for safety management system improvement, workforce engagement, compliance, site inspections, subcontractor oversight, risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis, Permit to Work systems, hazardous material controls, KPI reporting, incident investigations, and environmental compliance. Candidates should have a qualification in HSE or an engineering-related discipline, a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, and several years of Oil and Gas industry experience with onshore project exposure, including construction design management, surveys, and investigations. Start date is 17 August 2026, with a duration of approximately 48 weeks.
