A leading cruise line is seeking Stage & Production Managers to oversee technical and entertainment operations in assigned venues, ensuring smooth production execution, equipment maintenance, staff management, safety compliance, and logistics coordination for headliners and events. Responsibilities include managing rehearsals, performances, and show operations; supervising lighting, sound, rigging, and automation systems; maintaining technical budgets and inventory; coordinating staffing, onboarding, and cross-training; maintaining communication and technical documentation; enforcing safety and compliance standards; and assisting headliners with equipment, logistics, transportation, and documentation. Requirements include a preferred bachelor’s or associate’s degree in theater, stage management, or a technical discipline; at least 5 years of stage or production management experience; preferred technical qualifications in sound, lighting, rigging, or automation; strong knowledge of theater production and technical systems; financial and inventory management experience; leadership experience; familiarity with entertainment software and backup protocols; and fluency in written and spoken English.
