About the role
Invoicing Controller for the ENI Liverpool Bay Project, supporting decommissioning and carbon capture and storage activities. This temporary full-time contract is based on-site in Talacre, Wales, working 5.5 days per week with Saturday morning work as required. Responsibilities include reviewing incoming invoices, identifying items for client back charging, preparing supporting documentation, maintaining invoice records, generating status reports, and coordinating with finance and procurement teams. Required experience includes 0.5–2 years in invoicing activities, HNC or certification in Economics, accurate data handling, basic SAP knowledge, and proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with invoicing in energy or large-scale engineering projects, along with strong communication and organisational skills, is desirable.
