About the role
Reliability Manager position based on-site at a refinery in Egypt. Permanent, full-time role supporting reliability strategy development and execution across a major refinery asset. Responsibilities include improving equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability, reducing failures and unplanned shutdowns, managing condition monitoring and predictive maintenance programmes, leading RCM and root cause analysis, analysing reliability KPIs, and collaborating with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and HSE teams. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, 22+ years’ experience in maintenance, reliability, or asset management within Oil & Gas or refining, experience in an operating refinery or petrochemical facility, and hands-on knowledge of rotating and static equipment reliability, CMMS systems such as SAP PM or Maximo, and reliability engineering principles.
