Fleet Manager – Oil & Chemical Tankers in Singapore. The role is with an established international ship manager overseeing a group of Chinese-owned oil and chemical tankers. Responsibilities include full accountability for technical, operational and financial performance, leading Technical and Marine Superintendents, managing owner relationships in Mandarin, controlling OPEX and dry dock budgets, maintaining vetting readiness, supervising dry dockings, investigating incidents and audit findings, and overseeing planned maintenance, spares, condition monitoring and energy efficiency. Requirements include sailing experience as Chief Engineer on oil or chemical tankers, shore-side fleet management experience, bilingual English and Mandarin communication, and experience managing superintendent teams and multi-vessel budgets.
