Senior Manager, Maritime Infrastructure & Facilities London A leading passenger transport operator is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the safe, efficient and compliant management of a diverse portfolio of maritime assets. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role covers operational facilities, maintenance programmes and capital improvement projects across a maritime infrastructure estate. Key responsibilities include leading the maritime infrastructure function and emergency procedure planning, managing maintenance and lifecycle planning for piers, ramps, waterfront infrastructure, offices and employee facilities, delivering infrastructure improvement projects, managing landlord, tenant and contractor relationships, ensuring compliance with maritime, environmental and statutory requirements, leading procurement and contract negotiations, managing budgets and business cases, supporting cruise and yacht operations through marine logistics planning, driving environmental and sustainability initiatives, and developing and leading a high-performing team. Candidates should have extensive maritime industry experience, ideally gained at sea or in a shore-based marine management role, with experience as a Master, Chief Officer, Marine Superintendent, Harbour Master or in a similar senior maritime position. Strong understanding of marine infrastructure, port, harbour or waterfront operations, maintenance programmes, infrastructure assets and capital projects is required, along with commercial awareness, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
