Hotel Operations Manager – Cruise Sector. Shore-based permanent role based in Malta within a leading cruise organisation, overseeing hotel operations across a vessel and associated shore-side activities. The role includes leadership of hotel and food and beverage operations, SOP development, budget management, cost control, compliance, vessel inspections, service quality, and coordination with onboard and corporate teams. The candidate should have previous sea-going cruise experience, at least 2 years of onboard hotel operations management experience, at least 5 years of food and beverage management experience, strong commercial and budget management expertise, excellent English, and confident senior-level communication skills. Previous general manager or hotel manager experience and shore-side or corporate cruise experience are preferred. Salary starts from €60,000 gross per annum plus annual bonus and relocation support.
