About the role
Capefront is hiring for four senior FPSO engineering roles to support a major greenfield ultra-deepwater oil and gas development. The positions cover 3D model specialist, topsides structure/weight control engineer, telecom lead, and lead ICSS & instrumentation engineer. The project involves a large-scale FPSO in approximately 3,000 m water depth, with responsibilities spanning detailed engineering, procurement, and EPSCC execution. Long-term international mobility is required during project execution. Candidates should have proven experience on major offshore FPSO projects, ideally through detailed engineering and EPSCC/EPCI phases, and strong experience supervising EPC contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary interfaces. Fluent English is required.
