International cruise line seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join a large-scale luxury galley operation. The role supports the senior culinary team in delivering high food standards in a busy multicultural environment. Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef is required, with experience in a five-star hotel, luxury resort, upscale restaurant, or cruise line. Previous shipboard experience is preferred but not essential. The contract offers USD 2,400 per month, a 6 months onboard / 2 months off rotation, private medical benefits, family travel benefits, and career development opportunities.
