Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join a global ocean cruise company. The role is responsible for the overall culinary operation, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all galley outlets onboard. Key responsibilities include leading and managing a multinational galley team, delivering high-end cuisine across multiple outlets, maintaining compliance with USPH and HACCP standards, collaborating with onboard departments, and overseeing ordering, inventory control, and cost management. Requirements include extensive experience as an Executive Chef on a premium cruise line, proven ability to manage large teams in a high-volume fine-dining environment, strong understanding of USPH and food safety standards, and excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. The contract offers a 4 months on / 2 months off rotation, with a salary of $6,500 - 8,500 per month worked on board and benefits including family travel and medical insurance.
