An international trading house with a growing presence in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to join its finance team. The role involves supporting corporate accounting and financial reporting, trading-related accounting, financial analysis, statutory reporting, tax matters, and audit activities. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing monthly and year-end reporting schedules, reconciling trading transactions, monitoring balance sheet accounts, coordinating regulatory requirements in Singapore, supporting internal and external audits, and contributing to improvements in finance processes and systems. The position requires 3–5 years of relevant corporate accounting experience, ideally in a commodity trading, energy, or international trading environment, along with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Knowledge of IFRS, Singapore accounting and tax requirements, and advanced Excel skills are important.
