HR Business Partner roles are available across Liverpool and the North West, including Liverpool, Wirral, Chester, Warrington, Manchester and surrounding areas. This opportunity is suited to experienced HR professionals who can work closely with operational leaders, influence business decisions, and drive positive people outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments. The role involves strategic HR partnering, supporting change initiatives, and working with diverse, multi-site workforces. Strong HR business partnering experience, employee relations and stakeholder management skills, experience in operational, unionised or multi-site environments, and a commercially minded approach are sought. CIPD qualification or progress toward it is preferred. Relevant industry backgrounds include Maritime & Shipping, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering, FMCG, Retail & Distribution, Aviation and Utilities.
