About the role
IOTA GROUP is hiring a FPSO Hook-Up & Commissioning Manager for a major deepwater project. The role will support yard-based execution in China followed by offshore activities in Suriname. Responsibilities include hook-up, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of a new FPSO, offshore SIMOPS coordination, interface management, operations readiness, O&M handover preparation, HSE leadership, and cost/schedule/contractor performance control. The ideal candidate has 15–20+ years of Oil & Gas experience, a strong FPSO and offshore deepwater background, proven hook-up and commissioning leadership, and experience in major offshore EPC/EPCI projects.
