Faststream Recruitment is working with a leading international cruise operator to appoint a Guest Services Officer for its onboard hospitality team. The role is suited to a confident and personable hotel professional with guest-facing experience in a large four-star or five-star hotel. As part of the Guest Services team, the officer will assist guests onboard, handle enquiries and requests, resolve issues, provide information on onboard services and facilities, and maintain high service standards. The position requires at least two years of experience in Guest Services or Front Office, excellent customer service and communication skills, strong spoken English, and an additional language. Italian is preferred, with French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Japanese, or Korean also considered. The role offers a monthly onboard salary of $2,404 USD, shared cabin accommodation, and a 22-weeks-onboard/6-weeks-vacation rotation.
