Northern Marine Management is seeking an experienced HSEQ Superintendent to join its team in Clydebank, Glasgow. This office-based role supports both shipboard and shore-based operations, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, industry standards, and company management systems. The position focuses on auditing, compliance, incident investigation, performance monitoring, training, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement across safety performance, operational risk management, and HSEQ standards. The successful candidate will work closely with vessel and shore-based teams and support external certification requirements, business development activities, and wider improvement initiatives. Requirements include HND or equivalent experience, a Deck or Engineer Officer Certificate of Competency Class II, IRCA Lead Auditor qualification, NEBOSH Diploma or Diploma in Safety Management, and prior HSEQ or compliance experience in the maritime or shipping industry.
