A leading cruise line is seeking Aquatic Stage Staff to support the safe and professional operation of dive shows and underwater activities in the Aqua Theater. The role includes acting as a safety diver during emergencies, assisting with show presets and strikes, handling underwater prop movements, assembling and disassembling SCUBA gear, supporting underwater maintenance and safety checks, and participating in rescue training drills. The position also involves attending entertainment team meetings, maintaining underwater track sheets, and following company policies and venue-specific SOPs. Requirements include at least one completed contract as Technical Stage Staff, 2–3 years of experience with stage equipment and prop handling, a background in technical theater or live entertainment, and PADI Open Water Diver certification or higher. Candidates should be able to work underwater at varied depths, lift and maneuver heavy props, pass a company medical evaluation, and communicate effectively in English using PADI-approved underwater hand signals.
