The Slot Manager supervises and coordinates the activities of casino slot machine, arcade, and ShipShape gym equipment servicing functions, along with employees providing courteous and professional service to guests. Responsibilities include slot machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, reading technical diagrams, following safety procedures, customer service, communication, team leadership, basic computer skills, and cash handling. Previous experience as a Slot Technician or Slot Manager in a casino environment is preferred, as well as experience working on a cruise ship, in a 4/5* hotel, or in an upscale restaurant.
