About the role
2nd Officer required to join a Survey Vessel (r/v IMOR). Position: OOW. Vessel type: Survey Vessel. Trading area: Baltic Sea. Boarding date: 16 September. Contract duration: 4/4 weeks. Salary: 10000 PLN/month. Requirements include a seaman's book, international maritime medical certificate, officer of the watch certificate for ships of 500 GT and above or higher, safety of own ship and shared responsibility certificate, fire prevention basic and advanced certificates, individual survival techniques training certificate, rescue boat certificate, first aid training certificate, ship security awareness certificate or equivalent, radar and ARPA operational or management level certificate, GMDSS general operator certificate (GOC), ship handling training certificate, ECDIS operation and use training certificate, DP Basic level course certificate, 3 years of experience working on board a ship as an officer of the watch or higher including at least 2 years as an officer of the watch on a research vessel with at least DP1 class, and English proficiency at minimum C1 level or equivalent.
