Legal Counsel position in a fast-growing renewable energy business, joining the UK legal team to support the development and delivery of complex projects across solar, wind, battery storage, and emerging technologies. The role involves advising on renewable energy and infrastructure projects, particularly UK construction and asset acquisitions; drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and project agreements; supporting M&A and project acquisition activity; providing legal input on regulatory, commercial, and operational matters; managing legal risk; leading or supporting due diligence; and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external counsel. Suitable for a qualified lawyer with around 1–3 years' PQE and experience in construction, projects, infrastructure, energy, or commercial law.
