About the role
MarineCrew is seeking a Deck Officer with experience in polar waters and ice operations for a cruise/expedition vessel joining in late November. Permanent rotation is desired, though one trip is possible. Candidates should have valid STCW certification appropriate to rank, basic Polar Waters certification, experience operating in ice or polar waters, valid STCW certificates and medical, crowd and crisis management, and good command of English. Experience from expedition vessels, research vessels, offshore vessels, ice-class vessels, or other high-latitude operations will be considered an advantage.
