Faststream is recruiting for a Pastry Sous Chef to join a leading and internationally recognised cruise line. The role offers a salary from $3,500 per month based on experience, a 6 months on / 2 months off rotation, excellent benefits including family travel opportunities and private medical cover, and career progression within a global hospitality brand. The desired candidate will have shipboard experience (preferable but not essential), proven experience in high-volume pastry production, strong leadership and team management skills, and high standards in food presentation, quality, and hygiene.
