About the role
Engineering Manager for Norfolk Vanguard Offshore Wind Farm and associated onshore infrastructure. Provides strategic leadership and technical oversight for engineering, maintenance and asset integrity activities across offshore and onshore operational assets. Responsible for developing and implementing site engineering strategy, managing the asset integrity programme, driving reliability and availability improvements, leading engineering projects and technical upgrades, and overseeing contracts, contractors, procurement support, warranty claims, budgets and CAPEX planning. Leads and develops the engineering team and acts as the main technical interface for internal and external stakeholders. Requires engineering leadership experience in offshore wind or another asset-intensive industry, strong asset integrity and reliability knowledge, and experience managing engineering contracts, budgets and maintenance systems.
