We have a new opportunity for a Marine Personnel Executive to join Northern Marine Manning Services based in Mumbai, India. The role supports the personnel team in the effective and compliant manning of crew and technically managed vessels, including crew administration, seafarer training and documentation, record keeping, and logistics for crew mobilisation. Responsibilities include producing reports and statistics, maintaining crew records and certification documentation in COMPAS, coordinating pre-employment medicals and statutory documentation, arranging travel, and responding to seafarer queries. A basic understanding of the International Safety Management Code, STCW Convention, and Maritime Labour Convention 2006 is required. The business offers a well-established ship management environment, death in service, medical cover, 21 days annual leave, and hybrid working after probation, subject to business needs. Standard working hours align with UK working times, with an on-call rota requirement.
