2nd Officer – Dredger. Permanent position based worldwide. Duties include maintaining a safe navigational watch as Officer of the Watch, assisting with voyage planning and vessel movements, updating navigational charts and bridge equipment, supporting dredging operations as directed by the Master, maintaining records and logbooks, participating in safety drills and emergency response activities, reporting defects and hazards, and assisting with ballast, cargo, and deck operations as required. Requirements include OOW Deck unlimited, Advanced Fire Fighting, ARPA/NARAS O/ECDIS, GMDSS, Medical First Aid, STCW 95 PST, PSCRB, PSSR, FP&FF, current unrestricted ENG1, and Security Designated duties.
