Freelance Technical Safety Engineer (Process Safety) for a major energy infrastructure project in the Netherlands. The role is within a multidisciplinary engineering environment and involves embedding safety considerations throughout the project lifecycle, conducting Risk & Safety studies (HAZOPS, QRAs, LOPAs), safeguarding controls, containment assurance, and compliance. Requirements include 10-15 years of experience in Process Safety or Technical Safety, a Process Engineering degree, oil and gas project experience, and experience conducting HAZOPs, HAZIDs, QRAs, and LOPAs. Dutch language is beneficial. Start: ASAP. Duration: 6 months initially.
