About the role
Experienced Head Waiter sought for a leading luxury ocean cruise operator. The role supports the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional onboard service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include day-to-day restaurant operations, leading and coaching a multicultural team, managing reservations and special requirements, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and supporting inventory and stock control. Requirements include at least 2 years of experience in a similar premium hospitality role, previous shipboard experience, strong leadership and communication skills, experience leading multicultural teams, valid STCW certification and seafarer documentation, and the ability to provide the last 2 end-of-contract appraisals. Offer includes a salary of $3500 per month worked onboard and a 6 months onboard / 2 months off rotation.
