MarineCrew is looking for an experienced Sole Engineer for a two-week assignment onboard a hydrographic survey vessel operating in Northern European waters. The vessel is engaged in hydrographic survey operations, collecting data for updating nautical charts. Joining date is 21 October 2026, with a duration until 4 November 2026. The vessel type is a hydrographic survey vessel with a maximum crew of 6 persons. Requirements include a valid Engineering Certificate of Competency appropriate to the vessel's safe manning requirements, experience as a Sole Engineer or Chief Engineer, ability to work independently, troubleshooting and maintenance skills, valid STCW certificates and medical certificate, good command of English, and experience on smaller or survey vessels is an advantage.
