About the role
Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Butler for an ultra-luxury cruise operator's onboard hospitality team. The role involves delivering highly personalised and attentive service to guests, anticipating needs, maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards, building strong guest relationships, handling requests efficiently, and working closely with other onboard departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Requirements include previous experience as a Butler or in a comparable high-end guest service role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a polished and discreet approach, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for personalised guest service. An additional language is preferred, and recognised Butler certification is preferred but not essential. Previous cruise experience is not required. Compensation starts from $1,450 USD per month while onboard, with a 26-week onboard period followed by an 8-week vacation, plus shared cabin accommodation.
