About the role
Procurement Quality Control Supervisor needed for a major EPC project. The role starts in Woking, UK for 12–18 months before relocating to Saudi Arabia for project execution. Responsibilities include supervising procurement quality staff, ensuring compliance with the Project Quality Plan and management systems, reviewing procurement documentation, verifying supplier documents and certifications, overseeing vendor QA/QC systems, coordinating vendor approvals, managing inspections, preparing inspection packages, maintaining quality records, and coordinating audits and quality improvement activities with internal teams and clients. Requirements include an engineering degree, proven procurement quality control experience, Lead Auditor ISO 9001 certification, strong knowledge of quality management methodology and ISO standards, familiarity with Saudi Aramco specifications and approval processes, EPC project experience with Aramco approvals, and excellent English communication skills. Supplier Quality Management certification and strong leadership capabilities are desirable.
